Our business objects include software and digital platforms for travel and mobility, technology-enabled booking platforms and supporting IT services. An activity described on our company page does not establish availability of a particular route, vehicle or service.
Crew Ride bookings
Crew Ride is a planned carpooling app for people offering seats on routes they are already driving in their own cars. It has not launched. ISHANOVA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED will provide the digital platform, while the person offering a seat will drive the journey. This description does not limit the company's responsibilities or customer rights under applicable law.
When Crew Ride becomes available, booking availability, service area, driver details, passenger requirements, fare, payment conditions and cancellation rules must be reviewed in the Crew Ride booking experience before confirming a booking. Payment alone does not constitute confirmation of a journey; use the booking confirmation to check its status.
Specific terms displayed for an offered booking apply to that booking alongside applicable policies and law. This corporate website does not itself accept ride bookings or booking payments.
Technology services
Software development, licensing, hosting, maintenance and related IT services are governed by a written proposal or service agreement defining scope, fees, payment stages, delivery, support and cancellation conditions. Sending an enquiry does not create an order or require payment.
Payments, cancellations and fulfilment
